Located on the southwest edge of town, you have easy access to all Crested Butte has to offer! Most are able to park their car and forget about it until it’s time to pack up and leave. Here are distances to some Crested Butte Adventures:

- Nordic Trails: Across the street

This property is pet-friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to one dog on the property at a time unless otherwise approved by management. There is a $50/day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats. No dogs, cats, animals, birds, or pets of any kind shall be permitted on Premises without prior written consent of Management. If management becomes aware of the existence of a pet on premises without prior written consent of Management, Renter will be asked to leave, access will be revoked, and the full pet deposit will be charged to your account.
